Coda classes (mainly calculus and physics) are your first set of weed out classes then the first couple of classes in CSC will also be weed out classes too (esp Java which I think is 216). Weed out classes are not harder than other classes for your major. WebCSC majors from State are heavily sought after in the Research Triangle Area. As long as you do well in school, work on your soft skills, and have either internships or side projects under your belt, you will be golden when it comes to jobs post-graduation. But don’t get it twisted, the CSC program here is hard.
