WebSo far is deeply enjoyable. They seem to have gone back to their roots a bit, and it feels like a Far Cry again: exotic lands, wild guns, nation liberation, all of it. They branched off with Primal and FC5, butnthey brought it home and it feels exactly like the 3rd and 4th. WebFar Cry 5 looks like a downgrade to Far Cry 4. Far Cry 4's story was easier to follow and more interesting, it had a more interesting villian, hunting and stealth gameplay were much more fun and exploring the world was more fun. If you enjoyed 5 and are looking to keep riding the wave, 4 is a really solid game and still worth playing. 3 isn’t bad either by any means, but unless you really want to see Vass in action or you REALLY like the idea of being in a tropical island, 4 is the better choice at this point.
