Philosophical absurdity
WebbIn the 20th century, nihilism encompassed a variety of philosophical and aesthetic stances that, in one sense or another, denied the existence of genuine moral truths or values, rejected the possibility of knowledge or communication, and asserted the ultimate meaninglessness or purposelessness of life or of the universe. WebbAn individual who accepts the concept of absurdity will focus on the positive things in life, because if they choose to focus on the negative aspects, they would continue to be dissatisfied with the universe. Said individual will only be able to live a life filled with passion and freedom if they accept the absurd.
